It was flat on the ground in the weather, box torn, I was able to set it up right but it was too heavy to get onto the porch it was left next to. Stated to be easy no tools required assembly, but due to my mobility, dexterity & strength issues would NOT be easy for me UNDERSTATEMENT. I was barely able to get the 3 boxes into my home. They offer nothing in the way of removing my old chair, which I certainly am unable to do. Plus, I have to UNBOX & inspect it‼️ This chair states it is for the ELDERLY‼️Now just how do they expect an elderly person to accomplish that❓ Basically, I NEEDED to do everything but put it together. I essentially paid for a person to waltz into my home snap the chair together & leave for the close to $100.00 I paid. I believe that to be a bit steep. Also, & this is NOT Wayfair's fault, but there is NO physical manual that comes with this chair, it NEEDS a physical & INFORMATIVE manual‼️A manual can be found online but it is USELESS‼️NO instructions re: function of either controllers.
