Package arrived very quickly and in good shipping condition. It arrived in two separate boxes. It was very straightforward to assemble and put together and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease. I was thrown off trying to connect all the cords together in the back of the chair two cords are very much inconspicuous and are tucked up under the backside just a tiny bit making them harder to see. (Granted I am limited in mobility as Im currently pregnant, so I wasnt able to look under the chair right away, but be sure to look there before panicking thinking you were missing cords!) The chair itself seems to be of nice quality and surprisingly sturdy given that you assemble it so quickly and easily. Well I wanted something small. It is very narrow and still way too long. it came with its cushions shrink wrapped and took two days to inflate. Once inflated it was too hard for me. For a skinny person 54 and below with the need of a harder surface, this would be a total God sent. But it is too narrow for me. Also I liked having different controls for my back and legs, but unfortunately you cannot sit up straight in the chair nor does it lye flat. so if using the recliner for sleeping, side sleeping isnt comfortable. This is a nice chair. The headrest is very plush and feels comfortable. The seat height is maybe a little tall. Shorter people would have to stretch their feet to reach the floor. I like this chair a lot. It was easy for my spouse and I to assemble, and it has all of the features that I wanted. The only drawback for me personally is that the seat is a bit too low. I am 5'4" and I have Spinal Stenosis, it makes sitting down a little more difficult, so I have to use a cushion.
