Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. The doors are beautiful but a little hard to slide- may be because they are new. Towel bars are very close to the glass - a towel will hang on them but it is a little tight to get it behind the rod.
