Love the chairs! Assembly was harder than I wanted it to be. The number of bolts did not match up to the instructions. There were 3 different size bolts but only two sizes referred to in the instructions. It worked out but was confusing. Also there were three holes that were not completely drilled out so the bolts would not go through. I was able to force two in but the third is gonna take a bit more force. And the tools provided are seriously lacking. There are a lot of bolts to turn by hand with such small wrenches. It took about three hours to get the two chairs together. These rocking chairs are way better than expected! I will say the boxes came with absolutely no protective padding and there was slight damage to one of the chairs, but not noticeable. The chairs are a plastic material, which is resistant to weather, but it is a rattan inspired design giving it a classic look. The frame is a very sturdy steel that looks like it will last for years to come. I love the design and colors of the back cushions and seat cushions, and also like that the set includes an additional set of seat cushion covers (blue and grey). There is a button on the chair to attach the seat cushions, so they do not slide off - very nice touch. I did not have any trouble putting all the pieces together and really appreciated the included ratchet hex wrench! That tool made installation a breeze!
