It is light enough that it can be moved if needed (but easier with 3 people because of the outer bars). It seems very sturdy and well anchored. My kids have been on it every day since assembling and I'm very comfortable with them playing on it. Everything, including the monkey bars, is at a good height for smaller children and I'm not afraid of them falling or getting hurt. I'm 5 foot tall and can easily reach the top.
