Incredible product! We have a 7.5gpm in our shop and 10.5gpm model in our house. Both on demand water heaters do what they are designed to do. We have propane models. The wait time for hot water is not an issue; hot water within a minute. Both models provide hot water to multiple outlets and neither falters to provide hot water with multiple outlets are on. Product is what we needed as the kitchenette required a smaller microwave. Product arrived damaged but nothing would have indicated damage looking at packaging. The damaged parts (dents on both sides) were easily concealed when installed but that was also a bit of a hassle. My husband is an electrician & has hung quite a few microwaves, yet he wasn't a fan of the install. We tested after install, it works & no issues with the unit at the moment (not being used as we aren't moved in at the moment). We did contact Wayfair about issues, they contacted Danby on my behalf & Danby contacted me the next day.
