That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. I love this product, it looks great with the other appliances I have. The buttons are a little sensitive but the locking mechanism helps to ensure safety. The stove heats up quickly and the design is beautiful. The oven has no heat air fryer which helps to cook foods quickly. The convection backing works well too. We make peanut butter cookies and they baked perfectly, with the edges of the cookie crispy but the middle was soft and moist. I am overall happy with this product and highly recommend it.. Chanel. This refrigerator is awesome. I love the middle drawer which is perfect for snacks and beverages. I also love the quick access outer door making it easy to retrieve juices, milk and creamer without opening the entire refrigerator. The freezer is large and I can easily see everything I have instead of having to move everything around to find what I need. The best feature is the scanning capabilities, allowing me to scan any product I need making my grocery list a breeze. The list transfers to my app on my phone. No more forgetting or buying double. I would have given it a 5 Star, but there are two things it is lacking. First is the ice maker. I use a lot of ice and this ice maker can keep up with everyday use, however, it is not enough for parties. Also the ice/water dispenser plate at the bottom of the refrigerator should have never passed quality control. The stamping were double stamped, leaving indentations which will eventually lead to possible rust and just looks terrible. I need to contact GE for a replacement part. Overall I do love it!. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. This is a great fridge. We replaced an older model because there are a lot of good features. I love the new door-in-door to grab milk or a couple of door items! Very clever and feels energy efficient. The wide drawer is now separate from the main fridge which is good. More space. The water pitcher built into the door is an interesting idea, but we just take out the pitcher to use it; otherwise you’re just wasting energy either way the door open.
