The item was perfect. My dealings on the phone with wayfair were 100%. I ordered 3 different refrigerators 3 different times. The first 2 were cancelled days later because they were "out of stock", although they were in stock when I ordered them. Finally, the third one shipped and was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Monday evening about 7PM I received a recorded message telling me it would be delivered between 7AM and 11AM. I was told I would get a 30 minute warning text before it arrived. At 7:15AM I got a call from my neighbor that a delivery truck was backing in to my driveway. No warning call or text. I had to scramble to get my neighbor there to organize everything and sign the paperwork. The drivers did a great job getting things done. I have no problem with them. Wayfair, as I said, went above and beyond for me. Whoever was supposed to notify me dropped the ball. And GE, selling me 3 refrigerators while 2 of them were out of stock, failed miserably.. Michael. The toilet is not exactly what i thought i was getting, it’s not as a white, and i thought the handle to flush was suppose to be white too, not silver, and don’t seem to come with all the parts to connect it to the wall, will have to buy additional parts, also i thought it was higher than it really is, and not sure if it’s elongated, looks round instead. now however, i had the toilet since November of 24, n my house where it was delivered , still in the boxes, i only opened it to see what it looks like, but then came the Eaton Canyon Fire on January 7th, 2025 that destroyed my home totally and burned the New brand toilet along with the “ Over the Toilet Storage” i bought both at the same time, i called Wayfair, and they would not replace it, i went ahead and paid it off because i did not want to ruin my credit.
