You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!. I purchased 3 of these to hang in the wedding venue I'm building. They're so beautiful and will be the perfect addition to the space. Everyone is really excited to see them and how they're going to transform everything! However, when they arrived, we noticed they came in the wrong color. We ordered black, but they came in the silver color instead. Excellent rig! I have mine set up a little shorter than they show theirs leaving me with 2 extra pieces about 1 foot long of each for the frame; I eliminated the middle frame tube simply by leaving it out on each side and connecting the front to the back with the steering wheel mount as far forward as possible on the frame for correct ergos. What this does is it brings the monitor mounts about 8 inches closer to you in the seat which I noticed was the only relivent complaint about this rig; can't believe no one else figured that out?! Again what a good deal this is direct from GTR through wayfair; shippend to my house in like 5 days of ordering when on the website said 3-4 weeks so don't let that stop you from ordering I've seen many other reviews saying the same. The fit and finish quality excellent, super easy to assemble, i did everything in 1 hour; they even included the necessary allen keys and and nice big clear instructions!
