I got the smaller sized chair and it fits me so much better than the large ones do. My arms are not stretched out to the sides so much in order to reach the arm rests and they aren't so tall to make my shoulders bunch up. The adjustable headrest also is closer to my neck level rather than making my head tilt down when I extend it, It actually moves my neck forward as well as my head. It is wonderful to have storage compartments in the wasted space on the sides of the chair too. I can put the ipad/device holder inside one of them when I am not using it. It is wonderful not to have to run a cord across the room in order to charge my phone as well. I LOVE THIS CHAIR. I love La Z Boy rocker recliners and have had them for over 50 years, but this is the best one yet. The speed of the footrest lowering is the fastest yet. That home button is GREAT! The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!.
