We are replacing a Delta pullout wand with a overhanging Grohe. It has yet to be installed by our plumber, but I can attest to the Grohe faucet we have in the bathroom sink. Works like a charm. It's a single handle model. Delta is an excellent product, especially insofar as the warranty is concerned. Customer service sends out parts without charge, and there is no hassle involved. The reason we've switched is simple. The pullout does not pull out with ease. In addition the hose often gets cinched, so as to prevent the flow water. The overhang should not do this. Update. Recently installed. The pull down faucet is. Easy to install to operate. Note that the non-spray function is not aerated. Good to have a deep sink, so as to prevent splashing outside the sink. Beautiful shower but read reviews and watch videos! The shower works perfectly if installed correctly but there are a few steps vital to the installation that are not mentioned. 1. The fittings that go into the plumbing are European and not NPT. They are knuckled and very loose once screwed in. If you try to use plumbers tape the knuckled ridges will tear it off.. You therefore must use pipe sealant (all the reviews describing this step have been taken off, i assume the sites didn't want to promote brands of pipe sealant so I won't include any in the review) or it will leak. Once the sealant is applied you have a few minutes to adjust it properly but it will not move anymore once dry so be careful! 2. The temperature can be adjusted by removing the cap over the thermostat and unscrewing the module. There is a plastic ring with small increments that let you increase the temperature and reposition the module, otherwise you will have a cold shower even if you turn it past the safety zone.. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. The SC-1220-AF is an exposed rough chrome plated brass shower with a galvanized steel gooseneck with a supporting strap. The SC-1220-AF features 1/4-turn ceramic cartridges and four-arm cross handles with color-coded indexes. The valve body is reversible on 6-in. centers. Included with the SC-1220-AF is an S-2272-E2 showerhead. This product is approved for outdoor use if the entire unit is winterized. The unit must be drained of all water in freezing conditions, which includes removing the valve cartridge and shower head from the unit. Store the valve cartridge and shower head indoors.

I bought this faucet for the sink in my kitchen island, and it matches the one I bought for the primary sink which is a taller version. It is easy to keep clean and has a very pretty chrome finish.
