The rug is thin but soft to the touch, nice for bare feet or fingers to run through, and high quality. We are getting a pad to go underneath to give it some cush. Not completely flat after a week, but it looks like it will be fine. Got some corner tape just to be safe though. I’m glad we are doing a thinner rug plus a pad because I think the pile will hold up much better to traffic. Overall this is an excellent value for the money and I’m extremely happy with it..
