Great quality door. Was very easy to install and exactly what the measurement said that would be. Looks great. It did come a little bit damaged however I don’t think that that was the manufacturers or Wayfair’s problem just the fact of heavy door being transported from the US West Coast to the Eastern Canada. This was my first time ever ordering from Wayfair, which I expressed to the sales persons. With help from Sales Representative, Theresa, who was very patient and provided excellent service, she totaled my purchase and I submitted my payment and learn from her that one of the major items, a steel security door, was now out-of-stock. I inquired if the door would be restocked. Theresa transferred my call to another representative who could help. That individual was not very helpful and seem to rush me to chose two alternative doors. After viewing the alternative doors, I searched and saw one I liked, however, it was not on sale. The original price for the out-of-stock (on sale) door and the second door I selected were the same. I felt rushed to make a decision on the second choice. Instead of purchasing two security doors, the price increase for just one door was now close to the purchase price of the two doors I would have purchased on sale. Theresa was helpful however, the sales person she transferred me to seem to lack patience and wanted to hurry me off the phone. I was disappointed with not getting the original doors that I chose and wondered how the items can not be in stock after ringing them up for purchase.
