This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. First of all very difficult to read instructions. It came instead of being black with clear polycarbonate or came as green supports with white poly. Whole structure is very flimsy and even with it all together still not very sturdy. Took me 20 hours over 5 days to finally get it together. The pan seems to work as well as our old Green Pan, which finally got scratched too much after years of use. But it is a "busy" design, seemingly devoted to promoting Bobby Flay. The handle with a rubber envelope is no better than our original, and the extra handle on the other side is not needed. It just reeks of showmanship. But... Instructions were just ok. It requires over 40 little screws and bolts in some hard-to-reach places. Tough on fingers and fingernails. Calls for a wrench to tighten but no room to get a wrench in. Has small ventilation holes on sides - was wishing there were some on the top-facing surfaces to let sunlight in. it tumbles easily and is easy to fill. All said, I'm happy with it!. Anne.
