This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. The shower system is still performing well multiple years after installation. It’s great to have the ability to use one hand to quickly switch between the shower modes and to use the hand held spray. The only small issue we have had is that the mount for the hand spray doesn’t hold well to the position, and sometimes slides down on the housing even if the button isn’t pressed.
