I recently purchased a painting from Wayfair and was very disappointed with the quality—it did not match the images or my expectations. When I requested a return, I learned that Wayfair does not offer free returns for this item and wanted to charge nearly 49 just to send it back. I was really upset by this, as I didn’t expect such a high fee, especially for a printed piece that didn’t meet basic quality standards. While customer service processed the return, the overall experience has left me frustrated, and I don’t feel comfortable ordering from Wayfair again knowing the return costs can be this high.
