We received the wrong color. Had to call and ask how we'd receive our correct finish (brushed brass). This has been an awesome experience! The Chandelier shipped quickly and it was packed very securely. No issues with broken or missing parts. It is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but that just means that I will have to put it over a more intimate space, like my vanity .
