The lamp arrived with all the parts and with instructions but since I am unfamiliar with connecting electrical parts or how to hang a light, I will contact my electrician to hang it for me. The shade is made of plastic and is a very bright white. It looks like it will look beautiful over my round glass kitchen table. I will update photos once it is hung.
