I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. I can sit and watch the birds at close range and the deer in an adjacent yard. It's peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and beckons you to sit and stay awhile. There's 2 things to note, one the Copper color I got (which says Satin Copper on the box it comes in) is very VERY red, not so much copper colored. I don't know if I'll rub n buff that later to be more the color I expected, but as for now, it's gorgeous as-is in my garden! Secondly, I wish the hardware was colored to match the metal better, as it's BRIGHT SILVER, but it's hardly noticeable unless you're looking for it, so this set is still perfect for me! happy dance!.
