This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). The Forest Rain 0.28 Thick x 716 Wide X Varying Length Waterproof Engineered Hardwood Flooring by Bruce Flooring is very pretty and much more expensive than I thought it would be. I received 1 box just to see what it was like, and I will be getting enough to finish the room. It has some weight on each board, which makes it lay very easy. Love it, and as you can see in pictures, my doodle loves it as well. It does come in various sizes, which makes it easier to lay. I would definitely order this flooring for any room or entire house..
