This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). My kitchen remodel is now complete, we replaced the island with new cabinets, sink and dishwasher. I love this sink. Very large, one big basin for large things, the rack in the bottom helps prevent scratches from large pots. I wanted a sink that I could put attachments in. The colander and drying rack are perfect. It did not come with a cutting board, but we cut one to size ourselves and its perfect. The undermount is great with our new quartz countertop. Paid more that I had originally planned but this is well worth it.
