This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. We just finished having this trampoline assembled and the instructions were easy to follow. It took one person about four hours mainly because of the number of springs to be attached. The result is just great, with many attractive features. The surface is strong and very springy the ladder is great for little kids the spikes screw into the ground for stability and the zipper closure on the net surrounding the trampoline locks for added security. The manufacturer thought of everything including a basketball net and ball a water feature and six pair of trampoline socks in various sizes. It's a good fit but not a perfect fit which makes me think that its not bouncing quite as good as new. Still I'm glad we have a brand new mat that will extend the life of the trampoline.
