48 INCH CONTEMPORARY PROFESSIONAL GAS RANGE

I love the different settings and precision.You can get a very controlled flame and it makes carmelizing onions (even small batches) a breeze. I was on the fence about going from a 30-inch range to a 48, but now I love the extra burners. It's nice having the extra oven when you are making dishes that require different temperatures. If I want to keep my roast going low and slow and pop in some rolls or cookies I can. One downside is that the knobs have little ridges around the entire side and are a pain to clean. Also the electric plug is not flush mounted like most large appliances, it goes straight back. This forces the stove to be out even further than anticipated. We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look.
