It is absolutely beautiful, and comes with several sink features any at home chef would love. The sink is exceptionally smooth with no visible pores and has a wonderful stone finish. The craftsmanship on this product stands above many other commercial sinks I have looked at. We have not yet had a chance to install. Overall the cutting board looks of good quality and the scrap tray is perfect with its deep pocket holding capacity. The bottom rack looks to be made out of quality stainless steel and doesn’t rock back and forth. Hopefully it does not rust. I must say their portfolio of sinks and faucets stands out! This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. The sink may be 2 years old, but it still looks brand new, which is saying a lot. This sink is definitely kid tested and Mom approved. WOW! The look, the quality, the usability, all around just WOW! I had been wanting a farmhouse sink for a long time and when I saw this one I knew it was the one I had been searching for. The shelf in the front, which makes it ADA compliant, is actually what I love about it. It makes the sink more user friendly. Every sink should come with this front shelf and sink grid. It is so much easier to fill pots with water, clean vegetables and fruit and has made my life so much easier. I suffer from fibromyalgia and this sink is a life saver. I never thought having the shelf and sink grid would make any difference, but it truly does. It is not only an incredibly smart design, but also beautiful. It took my husband and I roughly 3 days to install this sink and the countertops. It is not, let me repeat, this sink is not for the novice DIYer. The install directions are literally hire a professional. We had to build our own structure within the our current cabinet to support the sink, which does not install like a normal farmhouse sink. We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing.
