Giving this one star for very unethical and unsatisfactory customer service from the supplier ( not Wayfair). Tub was delivered with a damage area on the edge of one side. Wayfair was notified immediately by delivery team and said supplier was notified and I should be hearing from them shortly. It’s almost a month and the supplier have not call or contact me regarding this damage. However, Wayfair has follow up with excellent customer service and is working to resolve this issue with me. I may never leave my shower. I had to buy a connector to install it in the ceiling, but I think it makes it more luxurious. My only complaint is that I have a hard time remembering which way to turn the knob to have the water spray from different places. Upon looks alone everything is great, but during installation we had to find fittings to extend the jets and shower head to be able to make them able to screw in right with the wall and tile. I wish there was an easier way to be able to order spare parts from the maker. Update we were able to find fittings on our own, but the makers also contacted me back but said they don’t make any themselves.
