Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! Just without the ozone I have seen a difference in air quality. However, my friend who is a non smoker could still smell cigarette smoke so I will put the ozone on 1 or 2 as ozone can be dangerous to people, pets, and plants.
