This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo).
