I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. I will start by saying that I would have given this desk 5 stars , the only thing I am docking a star for is the instruction manual. There were a few reviews I saw that had people experiencing problems with the assembly process due to inaccurate or incomplete information in the manual. It has you jump or skip steps if you would like certain configuring options of the desk , whereas there should be a default option to just make it the way it is in the picture. Although it is neat there are 3 different configurations of the desk , I only needed the one I originally wanted, so make sure you are making the exact configuration that you want, or you will be re-assembling it.
