So grateful I learned about it from functional mold specialists who know what type of purifiers truly work for those exposed to a moldy home. Hard to believe that such a machine not only runs so quietly (almost as if it isn't on at all), but even 1 purifier is enough to make such a strong impact on the air quality throughout my 1200 sq. ft. home even though it's been placed in the master bedroom where the worst mold is located. My symptoms relating to my mycotoxin illness (primarily headaches, brain fog, joint pains, & sleep difficulties) from mold exposure have begun to diminish in a short time. I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters.
