I installed the Level lock and Connect kit myself and it was super easy and beginner friendly! This lock is very well made and sturdy. I LOVE the features it provides, you can access your home with the key cards that are provided, you can unlock it using the level app on your phone and it also gives you normal keys which I love because it does look like a traditional lock!! I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters.
