Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! A steel dock edge, or approach ramp is required for proper installation. The Hydraulic Hand Pump system is used to lift the leveler and extend the lip. The operator rotates the relief valve allowing the deck to descend down and rest upon the trailer.
