Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! The WGB21B is a great "point of entry" filtration system and an excellent alternative to the larger WGB22B for smaller homes. The WGB21B will filter water directly from your source. This means that water from every outlet will have passed through this filter, providing up to 50,000 Gal. of clean water for the entire family. The first stage of this system houses a 5-micron high-capacity polypropylene sediment filter (FP15B). This filter is responsible for removing dirt, rust, and most suspended solids, to protect the CTO carbon block filter. The second stage houses the 5-micron CTO coconut shell carbon block filter (FC15B). Block carbon is more effective than other forms of carbon in that it is finely ground up carbon packed into a solidified block. This means they have a higher density than other types of carbon filters and are therefore more effective in removing their targeted contaminants. The carbon block filter knocks out bad tastes and odors, removes over 90% of sediment and chlorine, and is highly effective on chemicals, like pesticides, herbicides, and industrial chemicals.

Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! It’s not the most expensive descaled but so far so good. Puts on a nice light show too. The manual is well written. This appears to be manufactured in Atlanta. Not thrilled about the wall wart power supply and would had preferred an internal version. Edit after a few months, my 20 year old plumbing has been descaling en mass. I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works.
