Yes, they are expensive and worth every penny! I'm not sure WHY the title has the word "Sateen" in the description. I haven't opened the package or washed the sheets before putting them on my bed but the material is a lot softer than the last couple of sheet sets, I have bought and just yesterday throw out 2 set for they were too much like a flannel material, but tags say 100% polyester..
