I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. Assembly you will need 3 people to help lift the frame, the rest of the time I was able to do everything by myself, the directions are clear and easy to follow, just don’t assume you know what’s next and put in all the screws, it all turned out looking amazing and I recommend using some magnetic hooks for lighting and hiding wires. So we have begun to assemble. It will look like a nice structure when completed. I like it BUT, It has horrible directions, making it painfully slow to assemble. Will need to use clear silicon to keep the ceiling from leaking, and possibly the sides as well. I will reinforce the structure in the corners and secure it to the ground (for hurricane/tornado season in Texas). Personally, I will choose to replace the strategic panels with clear plexiglass so I can see inside and through to the back, or look out, as the provided panels are 'frosted'.I hope the adjustments will render it as stable as I'd like because I am very happy with the size and it's cute....
