This is very well made and strong. I was very happy with this post and I purchased the Ambrose mailbox from Wayfair also. I liked that the top of the post was closer to the mailbox. I am not fond of the post being 6-10 inches about the mailbox it looks a little off and dated. I especially picked this one because the lighthouse bracket from Esty would only fit on this mailbox post. It really makes the mailbox look so nice. Super happy with purchase.. Patty.
