It came in 3 boxes that are able to fit into a larger SUV for transport. The materials are attractive colors and true to the photo. It’s really nice there is a window for natural light and venting. That is a big one for me and why I chose this model. The double doors are ample in width. Plan 4 days for assembly mostly alone. 1 day to build a base. 1 day for preassembly of walls (4 hours). 2 days for final assembly. There are no predrilled holes, which is necessary with this type of soft material. Some of the panels don’t exactly line up in preassembly, but the millimeters don’t matter. The instructions are alright. Not great but doable. The part numbers are crazy long and confusing and could be labeled much better. You really need a tape measure with centimeters. I didn’t so I had to convert everything and mark my tape. I did drop a light item on a panel and it easily dented. Think of this material as the blue tote bins you’d buy and not as strong as the black and yellow tote bin plastic at major retailers. A base has to be built. Budget almost half the price of this shed for your base if you use pressure treated wood. This will NOT work without a sturdy base being prebuilt (pavers or wood). You will need a level, metal drill bit, good power screw driver, speed square is helpful, tape measure in centimeters, magnifying glass if you cannot see well up close to see instruction detail, patience and beverages. I am a little concerned about snow load, but we will see how it fares in winter. It’s more flimsy than other sheds, but the price does reflect that, so it’ll work for me.. Megan. Meridian, ID. Love my little oasis. Attached it to a small deck. The clamps to help keep it down and gutter system are a real plus. Wish it was a little taller but we discussed building a small wall base to lift it a foot. Purchased a solar light and an outdoor carpet. Fountain is on its way. The RSI general purpose greenhouse & small building electric powered exhaust fan system is designed to fit all structures. The general design is for low profile structures that are in need of air. Their fan is proudly made in the United States and truly designed to fit all structures, but the purchaser needs to be able to retrofit the exhaust system to their own structure since each structure and building materials are different. Two ways fan can be mounted, from the outside or from the inside. If mounting from the outside a hole in the wall would need to be cut to allow for the fan and interior cage to fit through the wall. Use fasteners (not included) to fasten the fan to the wall by drilling through the framework and caulking the framework to make it water tight. The fan structure is now 100% enclosed in the building and the louvers are on the outside of the structure. If mounting from the inside, a hole in the wall would need to be cut so that the louvers will be able to open and close freely. Slide it in the opening from the inside out. The exterior lip around the louvers acts to finish off the appearance from the outside. Seal with caulking and fasten the fan to the wall (fasteners not included).

The Automatic Vent Opener was designed to automatically control the temperature in all Canopia Greenhouses. As the air inside the greenhouse warms, the vent gradually opens to allow the correct amount of air flow into the greenhouse and closes when the optimal temperature is reached. The vent arm was designed with the use of natural wax that expands as the air gets warmer, to push a piston that raises the window, then contracts as it cools, closing with the use of a spring. The Automatic Vent Opener operates without the use of electricity.

So far i am halfway through the build has taken several hours split in two days will be working on Finnishing this weekend but so far i am liking it instructions are easy to read there was one part we felt like we were on a wild goose chase but realized it was labeled wrong and has been smooth sailing. This is a very nice and very large greenhouse. It is made with good quality materials. The instructions could be better. If there were pictures in the instructions it would be very helpful. Some parts weren’t marked correctly and some weren’t marked at all. There was even a part shown in the instructions that didn’t even exist. I am in love with this greenhouse. When I first opened the box I got pretty overwhelmed with the assembly but one I got it going and took it one step at time it came together perfectly. It does contain a ton of parts. I put together on my own but it took many days. I build a paver base for this but keep in mind it’s pretty lightweight so be sure to anchor it down well and follow the placement directions from the book. While I was putting it together we had a very windy day and it did move around quite a bit so keep that in mind. They really thought of everything. I searched extensively for a non-wood product that actually looked like real wood and was substantial. This is it. Installation was a breeze if you’re handy with a drill and saw. We used our old 3x3 mail post (with the mailbox support removed) and this post slid right over it. Saved us the step of having to sink a new post into cement, which was huge.
