I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical when this arrived unassembled and the artwork itself was folded and needed to be inserted into the frame. After reading some mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. That said, assembly only took a few minutes and was very straightforward. Sliding the acrylic ends of the canvas into the frame was surprisingly easy, and any initial creases completely disappeared once the canvas was stretched into place. You truly can’t see them at all in the finished piece. The final result looks great and far exceeded my expectations—clean, polished, and much more high-end than I anticipated. After opening package found that it was damaged, frame is cracked and canvas is torn. Called Wayfair for help and was told computer system was down and I "could" call back later if I wanted. Used virtual assistant for help and after providing correct info for help the system stopped working. Seems like I may be getting ripped off!!
