I purchased two of these to use as elevated feeding stations for my cats because temporary mobility restrictions make repeated bending difficult. They are very substantial, sturdy, and much larger and more furniture-like than typical pet stairs. The walnut finish looks premium, and the wide top provides plenty of room for food bowls and mats. One of my cats immediately climbed the steps, used the built-in scratcher, ate his dinner on top, and then casually walked across the back of the couch. Absolutely love this i have 3 cats and they will not drink out of a dish if the water isn't running. I guess I have 3 very spoiled cats. This is made well and it's easy to set up. I have purchased other ones that are similar to this but this one by far seems to be the best one. It’s nice. Quality is good not the greatest some parts came dented (wood and cage material) but overall good quality. Sooooo many screws to put together so get your drill ready took three people for us to build but definitely minimum is two. We reinforced the platforms with extra screws and few other areas. We were missing 7 main screws but nothing we couldn’t get at the stores. We have three heavy/fat cats. Overall I’d say if you would like a safe and spacious enclosure for your cats this is nice..
