This may sound strange but I really wanted to thank you for such a great product!!! I purchased this based on the appearance of usefulness. But what came was so much more than what was described! The case to put it in was not listed but works great in the back of my Equinox. I thought it would be complicated to set up, but instead took less than a couple of minutes! It fits perfectly & the bottom liner is great gives it a stability that I was not expecting but so wonderful for my 85 pound boxer dog!! But the one thing that I was worried about was the dog seat belt that I've used since my boxer was 9 weeks old. I didn't know that there were velcro openings designed just for seat belts!! I loved this stroller! My dog loved this stroller! Her back went out on her and with her age (13) I needed to find an option to get her out. She absolutely loved getting out for rides. People would stop us and comment on how happy she looked. Today, the front wheel fell off on our walk. It looks like it wasn’t attached well because the break looks odd. I haven’t even had the stroller for a year. Not sure what can be done by you or if I need go to Pet Gear. I appreciate any help you can provide. I’ve attached pictures.
