I really like these fixtures, but wanted to add one word of caution. Because the decorative links are STEMS rather than chains, "adjusting the length" means using 1 or 2 stems. You are not given that much flexibility in the length. This was hard for us, because we found out that 1 stem made it too high and 2 stems made it too low. (We had a very creative electrician who came up with a solution using brass colored links from another fixture we had ordered. Otherwise, we would have had to return this fixture).. Yuko. This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand.
