[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG 360 PuriCare and the 360 PuriCare Single Air Purifier’s due to our apartment being very dusty; allergies were also an issue because we live near a huge beautiful State Park with lots of trees and flowers. However, after using the Air Purifier’s for a few days the dust is virtually gone and the air seems fresher; pollen hasn’t been an issue and cooking odors are quickly dissipated. My neighbors smoke and I am concerned that second hand smoke impacts ones health negatively. Again, since using the LG 360 PuriCare Air Purifier’s I have the air in our apartment is fresher and cleaner. We selected these models for their specifications including, but not limited to their True HEPA filters, Booster Fan’s, Smart features and the fact they’re made by LG, a leader in the air purifier industry; not to mention that they are energy efficient, certified Asthma and Allergy Friendly by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. The vacuum was $999 on another site so I tried Wayfair. The description was confusing as to what attachments came with it and for that reason I give it 4 stars. The vacuum is perfect. I did end up buying a turbo power head from another site (having to buy a power head separately is pretty standard with these high end vacuums). I also lost a couple of screws during assembly, but thankfully the package came with extras, which I really appreciated. The paper instructions were fine, but I think a short video guide would make the setup process a lot easier for people who aren’t as handy. The price was very reasonable compared to similar options I saw on other websites, especially considering the quality and the way it looks once installed.
