The components all seem fine, but in starting to put this together, the nuts have a stopper on one end, so they only screw onto three threads of the main bolts that hold this together. Wayfair does not have any support for this, so went to Vevor, in a chat with a rep, and sent a photo of the issue. At least they are responsive, and hope to hear soon.
