First of all the carrier is so heavy, that a woman could not lift the ramp into the upright position, it is almost impossible, and I’m quite strong. If a woman is buying this and expecting to be able to lift the ramp - get a lighter weight one because this one weighs too much. The ramp itself seems to be made well, but I think it could have been made a little more sturdy when being secured on the SUV. It’s a little wobbly.
