GE Profile Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater has been installed for about 5 weeks. Delivery was superb, delivered to my basement as scheduled in three days from date of order. Installation by plumber was without issue. Has been functioning very well since installation. Extremely low electric use and not very loud. It does keep the basement cooler, but that's not an issue.. So I like the water heater so far. The thing that I hate most is that I paid almost 800 for this and for it to come with all the dings that it came with I should be reimbursed. Also Wayfair lead with it being about it being placed in whatever you of your choice the 2 delivery men told me absolutely not that’s not what they are suppose to do and they tried to leave it on my front porch!!!!!. I received excellent service from all Wayfair associates, However, I had lots of communication problems with the delivery. The installer came with the incorrect power cord, even though I had communicated before delivery that a 3 prong power cord was required & not a 4 prong per photo on order. Therefore, install was not done. My daughter and I spent quite sometime on the telephone with both Wayfair and GE to resolve this issue. Range was delivered on April 13th, 2026. Install was completed on April 20th, 2026. However, the installer was very pleasant and professional.
