I like my ice maker that makes nugget-ice. Two bottles of water makes about half gal. of ice. I keep it in my freezer untill needed. The nugget size ice is very easy to handle when putting in glasses. Was more than what I wanted to pay, but it works very well and hope it last for a long while. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! This is my second attempt at buying/using an ice maker. The first time I never worked and that’s bc it was a very poorly ventilated mobile home in Florida and the heat was too much. Now, I’m in a ‘regular’ home and thought I’d give it another’s try with this model and low and behold, this thing cranks out the ice non-stop and you don’t need to stand their while it’s doing it but it helps bc you do want to put the ice in your freezer - I used a metal mixing bowl and filled it to the top in mere minutes. It’s very easy to use, just pour water in, plug it in and about 9 cubes every 6 minutes as it states is true. I’m very pleased and I would whole-heartedly recommend this product fully.. Dean. This ice maker is fabulous! Firstly- it makes ice SO fast. Literally within minutes of plugging it in, it had ice made. We use a lot of ice and it has the tray filled back up to full in no time. Up to 100 lbs a day is a ton of ice, and it stores and keeps 20 lbs in the trays. The ice quality is the chewable nugget ice everyone knows and loves. Great little ice maker. I love how slim it is in comparison to my previous maker. A fairly quiet unit and has been running for a few days now with no issues. The light on the inside is a nice feature and goes well with my led lit water dispenser at night for dim light. The door is a bit awkward but I’ll get used to it. My previous maker had a top lift door and it was easier to scoop the ice out - this one you have to pull the drawer out so far or all the way to access the ice.
