This appears to be a well-made combination wall oven. We especially like the conventional oven racks and the stainless steel lining of the microwave oven. However, one aspect of the microwave design we do not care for: the edges of the door. The door edges appear "unfinished" in that they are simply metal with no edge. This is a stunning appliance, very sleek looking when installed. A design feature that I really like is the single control panel that governs both units. We have not yet tried all the numerous features this oven provides, partially because it is taking us time to read and apply all the instructions and partially because it is summer so we BBQ a great deal. We find it preheats fairly quickly which is convenient. Baking has also proved effective and true to temperature readings. Broiling is also easy to use and prepares steaks beautifully. I was very skeptical about speed ovens, in general, and not sure whether they were worth the cost. After a few months, I'm a convert. It cooks salmon perfectly using the speed cooking settings provided by the device. I cooked two pork tenderloins that also were cooked perfectly. I was so excited to receive my GE Cafe Warming Drawer! I have already started using it not only for keeping courses/plates warm, but for proofing our pizza dough. Outstanding electric range by GE. WiFiBluetooth, all the bells whistles. Obviously it is extremely easy to clean, just wipe go. I usually just use a damp paper towel it comes out sparkling! It has a super sleek modern look! I’ve got a ton of compliments on it. Heats up quick cooks food evenly. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand. I love theGE Profile™ 27" Smart Built-In Convection Double Wall Oven. It reaches the desired temperature in no time as the preheat is very fast and cooks evenly. I use the keep warm feature a lot. I used to have a warming drawer but with the warm mode In was able to have my double oven. The best thing is the airfryer mode. The slide out racks are wonderful. The control panel is great. Rated well by Consumer Reports, and good at the price (top of the line ovens run $3k, moderate ovens run about $2k... This one was $1.5k). Easy controls, bakes well. Sealed lower element , convection included. Easy to clean inside with a wipe down. And it was white exterior which I wanted to match the rest of my kitchen.
