I received excellent service from all Wayfair associates, However, I had lots of communication problems with the delivery. The installer came with the incorrect power cord, even though I had communicated before delivery that a 3 prong power cord was required & not a 4 prong per photo on order. Therefore, install was not done. My daughter and I spent quite sometime on the telephone with both Wayfair and GE to resolve this issue. Range was delivered on April 13th, 2026. Install was completed on April 20th, 2026. However, the installer was very pleasant and professional. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. It is absolutely beautiful. I received it on Thursday, had it installed on Friday and cooked with it for the very first time this morning. It is twice as beautiful as any picture I could not imagine somebody not just being over the moon with this oven. Outstanding electric range by GE. WiFiBluetooth, all the bells whistles. Obviously it is extremely easy to clean, just wipe go. I usually just use a damp paper towel it comes out sparkling! It has a super sleek modern look! I’ve got a ton of compliments on it. Heats up quick cooks food evenly. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand. This is my first ever stove top purchase because the ones I've gotten when I've bought a house have been durable. I don't do a lot of cooking so I can't speak to how well it does when cooking x number of meals a day, week, month etc but I can say that I love this stove. I do not cook nearly as much as I did when my husband was alive as a lot of food goes to waste.
