Installation by plumber was without issue. Has been functioning very well since installation. Extremely low electric use and not very loud. It does keep the basement cooler, but that's not an issue.. I received excellent service from all Wayfair associates, However, I had lots of communication problems with the delivery. The installer came with the incorrect power cord, even though I had communicated before delivery that a 3 prong power cord was required & not a 4 prong per photo on order. Therefore, install was not done. My daughter and I spent quite sometime on the telephone with both Wayfair and GE to resolve this issue. Range was delivered on April 13th, 2026. Install was completed on April 20th, 2026. However, the installer was very pleasant and professional. This is my first GE appliance; it replaces a Frigidaire model. I like the GE much better because it is quiet and stylish. In addition, I like the LED back light, the separate convertible drawer which I use to keep my avocados, peppers, and cooked turkey fresh. I love the water pitcher on the inside door. I love the app that allows me to control features on the fridge, and it alerts me when the ice maker tray is full. The app also records the ounces of water dispensed; I love it! I saw that some reviewers mentioned that the water in the pitcher is not cold; my water is stone cold. What you may have to do is turn off the autofill feature so that it does not dispense more tap water into the pitcher of cold water before you have consumed it all. We had the oven installed in December 2025 and we're happy with it. The one thing that I am having trouble with is the touch panel. There are times when the timer button doesn't work. I'll start the oven to pre-heat and when ready and food has been placed in, I try to set the timer and it won't activate. Other times, it works by barely touching it. I've tried different sequences thinking that the timer will only work after the oven or stove has been turned on...but those tests proved inconclusive. Outstanding electric range by GE. WiFiBluetooth, all the bells whistles. Obviously it is extremely easy to clean, just wipe go. I usually just use a damp paper towel it comes out sparkling! It has a super sleek modern look! I’ve got a ton of compliments on it. Heats up quick cooks food evenly. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand.
