That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. Love the style and very roomy. Grandkids love the fact it shows them how many ounces of water they are drinking and it not only helps them, but grandma make sure she is drinking enough. Love that it has the door in door and I am able to put drinks and not have to open the entire door. Did have an issue when the temperature went up and and it seemed like it took hours for it to cool down again. Really Nice. Two drawbacks. 1. you can't close both doors at the same time.. You have to close the right door then the left. 2. The user interface to control temp. lights etc. it so sleek it's hard to understand. I accidentally turned the fridge lights off and can't figure out how to reset them to turn on when you open the doors. Otherwise it's actually a great price. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. We just got this fridge today but it didn’t get here until after two weeks which was a pain for us. I like the fridge it has nice finishing. However, the shelves are not big enough for gallons (the pictures are correct, they won’t fit gallons, but cans or smaller bottles will). The bottom freezer was also smaller than I expected.. Sharon.
