My family LOVES this refrigerator! It has a lighted inside back panel, a push button easy access door, a snackwine drawer, and super deep freezer drawer. This is a great fridge. We replaced an older model because there are a lot of good features. I love the new door-in-door to grab milk or a couple of door items! Very clever and feels energy efficient. The wide drawer is now separate from the main fridge which is good. More space. The water pitcher built into the door is an interesting idea, but we just take out the pitcher to use it; otherwise you’re just wasting energy either way the door open. It's a pretty fridge, but the ERR code won't go away after I replaced the H2O filter. I used a GE specific filter as suggested, tried shutting off power, reinstalled filter 3 x's. It's quiet and we never got any significant frost in the freezer. The shelving is well designed and we really appreciate the interior lighting. It's more roomy than many others we have experienced (even with the same dimensions). Sadly we left this unit in the house we sold since we were moving across the country and the realtor said we should leave it. We ARE buying a new one for the new house. So far, I'm in love with this fridge, it was just delivered yesterday. I want to note that the measurements for the fridge without the hinge for the height is off by a quarter of an inch... they did not take into account the wheels. We had to cut my cabinet so that it would fit. I used to have an old side by side fridge, and it's a little crazy that the new refrigerators are not the same measurements. The only other reason I gave it four starts is that there is not a drip tray for the water/ice dispenser in the door like other models have. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. Love the style and very roomy. Grandkids love the fact it shows them how many ounces of water they are drinking and it not only helps them, but grandma make sure she is drinking enough. This refrigerator is awesome. I love the middle drawer which is perfect for snacks and beverages. I also love the quick access outer door making it easy to retrieve juices, milk and creamer without opening the entire refrigerator. The freezer is large and I can easily see everything I have instead of having to move everything around to find what I need. The best feature is the scanning capabilities, allowing me to scan any product I need making my grocery list a breeze. The list transfers to my app on my phone. No more forgetting or buying double. I would have given it a 5 Star, but there are two things it is lacking. First is the ice maker. I use a lot of ice and this ice maker can keep up with everyday use, however, it is not enough for parties. Also the ice/water dispenser plate at the bottom of the refrigerator should have never passed quality control. The stamping were double stamped, leaving indentations which will eventually lead to possible rust and just looks terrible. I need to contact GE for a replacement part. Overall I do love it!.
